Tourism
Often overlooked as a tourist destination in favour of sites such as the Kilimandjaro, the majestic pyramids, or fine beaches, Burkina Faso is one of the rare countries today where the cultures, customs, and sites remain intact and unspoiled by external influences.
The variety of architecture and landscapes, and the natural parks have a wealth of flora and fauna where the wild animals are unfamiliar with the noise of cars and busses.
The warm hospitality of the Burkinabe people is known throughout the world and is a strength of this country which is still a mystery and still authentic.
